Login to the Client Portal
As a current client, you have direct access to the Client Portal. Your personal PIN is emailed to the email address you provide us. This is where you will go to contact your therapist, fill out forms, and even schedule your own appointments. Your clinicians schedule will be available. If you lose your pin or don’t recall it, a new one can be easily generated for you.
