We have a very serious vetting process with our therapist that includes but is not limited to: background checks on your license, past history, therapeutic knowledge, professionalism, interpersonal skills, desire for growth and most importantly, engaging in mock sessions. We also expect those at Intelitalk MBW to ask for colloquial support when needed to address clinical concerns.
